I am pretty happy with myself.


I just started a food journal. And I am really determined to keep up with it. I like to think I am healthy, but I have always wondered what I eat during the day. I can find out if I am eating a normal amount of calories. Not to mention having to right it does makes me take notice of the time I last ate something.

I might get really in depth too. I am debating adding when I wake up, random naps, working out, how much sleep I get. I know, crazy? Right?

Just seems weird to think about. Writing down all that stuff? I am a junk food junky health nut, who sleeps more than anyone she knows. I want to get a grip on my life. I am eighteen and I do not want to think that I will have this body forever. I know. I should be happy with my body right now, but I am very curious about my eating habits.
